Born again noob looking for a corp

I've just resubbed to Eve after an extended period of inactivity and I'm looking for a corp, I've been in Eve since 2004 and realised the reason I keep drifting away from it is I never reallt find the right corp. My longest stint in game was with Infinity Enterprises back when it was a challenge to save up for a BS.

I have around 75Mill SP's and can fly lots of ships including Caldari Caps, although I never have so my Mastery skills may be lacking, I also have enough isk that I wouldn't be a drain on corp resources. I have a couple of alts that I haven't resubbed yet as I'm waiting to see how things pan out and I am interested in:

Exploration, lost my ship last night to a pressure cloud???? That'll teach me to pay attention...
Wormholes, seems interesting
Incursions
Missions

As you can tell I'm a bit of a carebear although I don't mind trying pvp, but, I don't don't use voice comms, speaking to people I don't know in an imaginary spaceship game is one step too far for the Mrs. I'm UK TZ with me mainly being online around 1900-2100 weekdays and on and off over the weekend. I'm old (40) so would like a corp that is a similar age group as I have no idea about Pokemon or Robbing whatever the hip kids do these days. I'd prefer a larger corp as sitting in corp chat by myself is a bit like drinking alone, it happens but it is a little bit sad, and I don't mind if it's a new or older corp.

Hi Aeil,

If you'd be interested in doing your exploration and stuff in a null sec environment, drop in our public channel GamCorp.

We part of a large community with plenty to offer. I myself am from the uk and nearly hitting 40, getting those grey hairs starting to sprout from everywhere; definitely won't be encouraging any Pokemon nights.

Some of the activities we engage in are: small to large scale PvP, mining ops, exploration, PI and building things.

The Mic issue may really hinder you. we don't care much if you talk a lot on coms but do like you on coms listening so you can help out if needed and for you to holler for help if you get into trouble. If you think you can at least do a middle ground swing by for a chat. and yes will need at least a short interview on coms. We do lots of Chat so might be a fit for you if you have a middle ground.

Thanks for the offer, but voice comms would be the final straw.

I reckon it'd be voice comms or the Mrs and, as tempting as it sounds, we still have a mortgage to pay.

I realise this means I'm unlikely to get pvp or null sec but there must still be things to do.

Had a couple of interesting offers but eh main sticking point seems to be my lack of voice comms, I can listen in but very rarely use a mic i.e. when the Mrs isn't home.
