im trying to transfer an account but using 2 plex or any of the other opions is giving me a error

We were unable to authorize your payment at this time. Please ensure you have sufficient funds and/or contact your bank/card issuer for further information.



anyone know how to fix it

I had the same problem I was told that my characters had to be in a NCP corp to transfer and that the server was giving that message out incorrectly when the real problem was the NPC issue.

i it got worked out the account i was transfering to was full
