Ideally the alt will have these few things:

* Solid Support Skills
* Thanatos/Archon carrier skills injected
* Solid Drone Skills
* Gallente Cruiser V
* Not much waste
* Fighters V
* Hull Upgrades V
* Jump Cal V
* Triage/Logistics skills work too

I don't need a whole lot outside of that. I don't care so much about standings or sec status. I don't need 100m sp alts and those don't really suit the purpose.
