What activities are possible in less than 60 minutes?

I usually play less than 60 minutes a day.

This usually means a mining haul, maybe two. Or blowing up a couple of random NPC spawns in the area.

Sometimes I'd like to log in for 30 minutes or so and do something different, without spending 30 minutes to get somewhere.

I'm probably missing something.

What are some fun things to do that take less than an hour?

maybe go to Red vs Blue
there you can get pvp right when you undock from your homestation

well personally i prefer FW for PvP;-) and most of the time you get there pvp pretty fast (and youcan make isk while doing FW)

Hi-sec?

a hauling mission

low/null sec?

Get in a ship and fly around until you see a fight you think you can take, or get caught up in one someone thinks they can take from you.

Combat exploration in high sec, you're not always going to find a site and it may not always pay out but it's relaxing and the anticipation of funky loot keeps it interesting.

It's kind of a "how long is a piece of string" question... You can take part in pretty much anything eve has to offer in 1 hour.

High sec exploration, and run arround a few system :
- combat site take a few minute and may lead to more
- anomay fight are about the same, a bit more difficult and a bit more rewarding
- anomaly data are a fun thing to do (beware the sleeper one, it is not a 1 hour job)
- Wormholes, yes in 1 hour it is a viable solution

here you are, fit yourself a T3 Cruiser, fit for explo (light fight, scan, cloak, hack/analyzer, and some probe)
if you don't plan on doing WH, a frigate is enough for high sec, unless you got some escalation.

right in your current system you could be doing any of the activities I listed

you may need some time to qet how to scan quickly, there are some tricks only experience can get, how to feel sig, know what tells you this datasite is better than this one for example

but let's say that it should take you no more that 2 minutes in a system to get what type of sig you have, and decide what you want to do

People can list the various activities in EVE, but the mechanics of actually playing this game make it difficult to do much of significance within one hour every single time you log in. It's subject to RNG. Sometimes you get lucky, sometimes you can literally spend hours traveling between systems on a fruitless search for rewards.

EVE often has a very bad fun per minute ratio.

Exploration (data or relic site). Combat anomalies (depending on your skill level or whether you are with friends). Shooting and being shot by random passerby. Taking a spin through the belts and zapping all the rats.

I am kind of the same way, I like to log on, play a bit. So I "live" in a spot where the types of things I like doing tend to be available more often than not. There is *always* somebody to shoot at within 5 jumps, it's just that they always shoot back and are often in ships I can't single-handedly take on without some backup...

Being part of a group that is large enough to have people regularly online at most times of day is a *huge* help in achieving a positive "fun:time" ratio.

Set a goal. Something grand that can be done in small chunks of time.

I give you an example. I have a builder character that is logged in less than an hour a day. He has had the lofty goal of building at least one of every ship in the game eventually. I started with building a few frigates, selling them and buying the materials for a few more, or a new blueprint.

Slowly over time his hangar has come to look like this. Still a ways to go, but not bad for a few hours a week invested in the project.

So pick a thing of your own and have at it.

Yeah, I'm with Bumblefck on this one; whatever you do, it must involve sex.

Sarcasm aside, as others have suggested, just go pick a fight somewhere or run some sigs/anoms.

"Tomahawks?"

"----in' A, right?"

"Trouble is, those things cost like a million and a half each."

"----, you pay me half that and I'll hump in some c4 and blow the ---- out of it my own damn self."

Go out and look for solo PVP.

A booster lasts 60 minutes, coincidence??

Submit a support ticket for reimbursement....course the wait afterwards will be more than 60 minutes.
