used Red Frog to move my stuff, all my ships have been striped.....

And Repacked. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I now have no ships that can do anytyhing with out time and effort put back into them not to mention the ISK for destroying the RIGS.

LAST TIME I USE RED FROG My Courier was RF Gnaeus Crassus

Keep your distance from RED FROG...use the hauler channel is seems to be least destructive.

Where did you contract them from and was it a courier contract, or did you do an item exchange contract?

Also what was the destination?

To be fair to whoever was the Red Frog guy, you can't place fitted ships into a Freighter or Jump Freighter, unless they are in a courier contract, in which case they would have been wrapped in a package.

The smartest way to contract ships is to have them all packaged and just set a courier contract.

If you did something else, more fool you really for not understanding game mechanics and how difficult is it to go buy more rigs for yourself?

I don't really think your whining here is going to have much effect really. Red Frog are the biggest and most successful freight service and they do huge business in hauling. One poor whining review isn't going to make much difference.

So.... you made a contract to red frog and he decided to break open the plastic wrap to repackage all your ship and you had no collateral at all and he returned all those ships he broke out of plastic wrap and gave it back to you via contract/trade?

Because that's the only scenario I'm thinking of. Also burn the heretic for talking **** to red frog. I propose we make a pot money with chribba 3rd party to pay mercs to wardec him.

Knowing several things about the courier system, and how RFF functions, there are several things which must be true about this highly unlikely scenario as described.

1) You made 4-5 courier contracts, each with 1B ISK collateral, per RFF policies. If this is not true then you are at fault. If you are referring to Blue or Black frog (which I believe you might be), then you are not doing your part of describing your scenario correctly, and our advice is useless as is your complaint.

2) Your courier contracts were all failed in order to break the wrap and repackage it, meaning you receive the collateral, and you *still* received the repackaged ships back via item exchange. That is testament to RFF honesty. That pilot is now out a billion ISK per shipment (assuming you did the contract correctly), and still gave your gear back, safely delivered.

3) You made several courier contracts to fit inside a highsec freighter, and grossly undervalued the collateral for the fitted Nestor, and likely the other ships as well. Apparently you got it all back minus the rigs. I'd say that's impressive for an RFF pilot, but again I suspect you really mean Blue Frog.

Obviously #2 makes absolutely no sense in real terms. Why on earth would they even bother? It also means the senior management did not vet the contracts, and the pilot would also be sternly reprimanded for breaking the contract without contacting you about fixing it for their policies. If this was Blue Frog, it would be impossible for those ships to fit in a jump freighter packaged, and you do not understand the courier system. Your contracts should have all been rejected.

Another possibility is that you repackaged the ships yourself remotely before contracting them. If you did that, there would be almost no indication through the asset or contracts UI unless you were paying close attention. There would've been a prompt about breaking rigs, and the delay for the Assets window would not show any change. User error that not even a GM will fix. It still doesn't explain why RFF would proceed with the lowball collateral. RFF pilots always see the contents of what they transport.

One of the above is the only way what you described could happen. RFF has system checks in place to stop any number of such mistakes. Not to mention experienced pilots, and we've established that it wasn't a thief.

(And Red Frogging a fitted Nestor? Seriously? Haulers Channel is gonna loooove you! P)

This totally reminds me of this people who do something completely stupid, have just enough brain to realise what they did but not enough to realise, when they blame someone else for it, it looks completely ********.
