Skillbook "Already know this" Alert

Mouse over a skillbook in your inventory / hangar / ship cargo / etc.

Have the tooptip say "You Already Know This Skill" if you already injected / trained the skill.

One step further: if the skill is already trained between levels I-V, have it say "You already have this skill trained to X" where X is the level it is currently trained to.

The game already does this if you open the information on the item with a graphical display indicating if you can train it or what your skill in it is.

Moving that to a tool tip seems low priority change solely for the lazy but sure, put that on the "little things" list.

It's not exactly the end of the world relisting the book for sale but I guess newbros struggling with their iskies, etc. Like your man said game already does this anyway so yeah +1
