Brown sauce is not to be served with roast beef sir. Unless its a leftover roast beef sandwich. Although i prefer mint sauce.

I once ate a horseradish sauce sandwich between two slices of brown warburton bread, as a bet when i was a student. I havent touched the stuff since.

I am however, addicted to mint sauce. It works with lamb and very well with beef imo. Not so good with pork.

I had mint sauce at school and have pretty much been put off it for life. Goosemint jelly, however, is wonderful with lamb. Good, strong horseradish makes me weep with joy :D
