Yup, I am getting the same thing too.

It was working fine all last night as i was taking part in the Mass Test, and now when i go to log on, I get the
Incompatible (Release) Error.

I have searched around for any way to fix this, and even came accross The following post https://ccpcommunity.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/202224331--Incompatible-Version-or-Incompatible-Protocol-error-message

I have Tried Everything, However I cannot seem to get it to work at all :(
Please can someone out there come up with a solution ?
Has anyone managed to fix this problem after having it ?

OK I Got It Working Now !!
I will Try to explain step by step what i did to get it working .....

1. in the advanced tab of the launcher, i Cleared Cached Usernames, and then i closed the launcher
2. I started the launcher and went back to Advanced tab again
3. Clicked on Clear All cached Data and when asked to restart launcher click on ok
4. Launcher should then restart, and Patch after it has Started back up
5. Log in to your account and enjoy.

This worked for me, so hope it works for you guys !

GOOD LUCK !

So yeah, someone made a mistake and deployed a wrong version for the Singularity client. This should be fixed.
