Well, they appear to be doing nothing.

Maybe they're controlling your brain, so you only think they're doing nothing.

Ever think of that ?

No, I didn't think so.

Stop giving away my secrets, please? I'll cut you in on a share of the cluster once I control it....

Well, it looks like I can't afford being mind controlled by the Blood Raiders... What a shame, but their Cerebral Accelerators are super expensive!

I'm sure missiles would work too.

Drones and missiles are generally too slow.... Then again, ya they work! We could also say smart bombs but that's be a waste.

A pretty standard armor-fit Ishtar makes short work of the camps. I fit downsized autocannons into the high power slots to chew through the frigate contingent on the gate, then once in drop sentries to kill their FC. Once the leader is taken out I move on - the line members scatter without leadership, and it's leader kills that I'm after.

As for the items retrieved from these encampments, I have sold all. I have no use for an Abaddon nanocoating, and To be frank I don't trust these boosters, certainly not enough to turn down the hundred million or so I can sell each one for.

No, I'm not that kind of doctor.

Found a mysterious implant, in a shipwreck ? No clue what it does ? Well, let's just stick it into your brain and see what it does ?!

And that's how they get you.

It's not a problem to find a lot of test subjects from slaves to examine implant's effects. Or you may find a lot of volunteers from careless capsuleers who totally deserve it.

Dumb question, do they neut you? Also how many are in each room/how many rooms? Are there ship size restrictions for the gates?

Confirm that the CEREBRAL BOOSTER does work, BUT it seems to be have no or marginal effect for skill training!!

I suspect that this have something with the Attribute points hard cap.

In the first room you have 3 waves of 5 frigs, each of them will WEB you if you let them close enough (about 5000m) so practically they immobilize you. Second room, I've seen no ewar or tackle of any kind.

Fellow pilots,

I was a bit surprised to discover no less than six (edit:seven) of those 'Gauntlet' pockets in a C2 with C5 and Null Security space static wormholes. However, the wormhole system was known to show presence of Blood Raider installations in the past. The cultist's offensive does really seem to affect the whole cluster. It would be interesting to know if they did advance into wormhole systems formerly unoccupied by Blood Raiders; maybe even into shattered wormholes.

Fly safe,

Okay ran several of them yesterday in Ammatar space. All sites had 1 initial set of 5 frigates and 2 additional waves of 5 frigates at the gate. Upon destruction of the final frigate (#15) the gate can be used. The inner room had 5 cruisers and 1 battlecruiser, plus one subsequent wave of 5 cruisers which do not have to be destroyed for loot.

Its important to note in the second room, the battlecruiser can be taken out first. It is the only ship to my knowledge the ever yielded any loot. The rest did not. I should also disclose that the only times I saw loot were the 2 time that I shot down the bunker and chapel in the gate room (first room/warp in point). I don't know that it had anything to do with it but just worth mentioning.

As for damage stats I never really track of them but the frigates are easily destroyed and tanked. If you can tank the cruisers long enough to destroy the battlecruiser then there's no reason you can't just simply leave afterwards.

Also there does not appear to be size restrictions on the gate.

Hardly a crusade, Msr. Syagrius. Pest control would be a better term.

I'll have to leave any 'Delve burning' campaigns to the Amarr, I'm afraid.

‘We’…

I remember a time when that meant something entirely different.

But no matter, I pray the Empire is girded for such.

As always her friends within the Federal Union hope she will prevail against the many challenges of which she is now beset.
