The Bumping Rule And ISD Decoy

Can we fix these two issues please?

I fully agree someone just typing bump every couple of hours and bumping their thread should be against the rules.

HOWEVER someone replying to QUESTIONS FROM POTENTIAL BUYERS SHOULD NOT GET A THREAD A 24 HOUR LOCK!

Just PM the person. I think the rules are great and ISD Decoy does a great job keeping the forums clean from rule violators.

Pretty sure I have never posted that... I might have posted a legit question about the toon like... "what's wrong with the toon since you just bought it last night?" before

Locked. If you want to ask questions of a seller as a potential buyer, contact them via other methods. The reason it's considered in the same boat as abusing the bump rule is because it moves the thread to the top of the queue unfairly, which reduces the likelihood that other similar offers will be seen.

Equally, if a seller doesn't want to accept an offer, then he/she simply shouldn't reply at all to it, as replying to it also would bump the thread up to the top.
