I read the development blog. The idea is make it possible, but at a huge cost (not in price of isk or money either). I believe balances it out.

I'm tellin' yah. These people are desperate. They are so bored with each other in Amarr, snapping back and forth like old married couples, they'd do anything to get just anyone to come to their fabulous system and talk to them in Local. The people who say "I'll be there" in this thread are shills planted here to create the illusion of stampede.

I don't say this to dis this so-called uprising so much as to let everyone ELSE know you could be doing the unfortunate a great service if you'd run past Amarr every now-and-then and say, "Hello you guys!" in Local as you pass through. Just think of them as that lonely old hound nobody pets anymore. Once scratch behind the ear and you're a hero for life!

There just isn't anything that can be said!
