I played Fallout Shelter on Android and got around 45 to 48 Dwellers yesterday and a few Lunch Boxes bonuses...

I ran it on the BlueStacks.com emulator since my Android device does not meet the hardware requirement of 1 GB Ram or more...

I also tried another Android emulator, Droidx4, today, but that program even refused to load stopping at 80% during boot up...

I was then suggested that it was possible to save the file with the emulator and to copy it to keep the Fallout Shelter game progress , so to continue later with the saved progress...

However, it does not function.

The path that is listed on websites doesn't work.

I followed a procedure to copy the saved file to an ES File Explorer or some Google Play program, but that doesn't work either.

It is obviously encrypted not to function ... Unless on Android, and even then, I didn't even try it , so I can't confirm without valid and conclusive test results conducted by myself.

Again, this time around, all posted info are 100% misleading.
All point to future goals conditions which will be or could be met.

Edit:
It also makes buying $1 to $5 US packages with Google Wallet useless since the items would be lost and not saved.
Or at least potentially lost.

Love me some Fallout Shelter. I play it on my iPad. But even so my vault is to the point in size where the app crashes now and then randomly. Or if a baby is born. Or some random event like molerats infest. Gets a bit annoying!

The controls malfunction and if you record the device with an external camera you can get the exact timing at which the controls delays to respond.

I finally managed to get the cloud function to work partly as it is intended to be.

The saved files don't show when reinstalling with no copy left.
However, if you click on the empty checkbox, it will fill up, which will load the saved file and display its progress, ready to continue where last saved.

Some of the 'altered' versions (those giving you virtually infinite lunchboxes) work fine on Bluestacks

I saw this, but I don't know if it works.
