Forum enhancement: separate feedback from discussion

To make life easier for the devs and everyone else, how about creating a new kind of "feedback" forum thread that allows only one post / person? (Yes, I mean person, not char or account) Maybe when people only get one post, they will put a bit more effort into it.

This would make it much easier to get an overview of what people are thinking and filters out the discussion between a couple individuals who just cannot agree and both want to convince the other until hell freezes over. Discussion is good and useful as well, but for that you can use a discussion thread.

We could also do with separate forums for features recently, or soon to be, implemented (aka the stickies) and another for new ideas and suggestions (and the nth request for capital mining vessels, q-ships, mines etc etc).

The back and forth debate is as much a part of the feedback as the initial response from each person.
Many times a persons initial response is based on a lack of understanding of the appropriate game mechanics, or a simple misunderstanding of what they initial post was/is. In these cases that follow up discussion is critical and to allow only 1 response per person would be a disservice to everyone. And yes I freely admit I know this is the truth not only from others responses to my posts but in my responses to things posted by others.

Another reason this is bad is you do see people that will ask for a clarification of a piece of information, or a point of view. Your idea means that the request for clarification is the only post that person would ever have in that topic and that would eliminate a lot of valuable information and opinions from the discussion.
