Looking to sell myself, I have all Trade Skills except Customs Code Expertise trained to level 5. I also have Caldari Navy Standings (Jita Hub) at 8.25 (8.01 unmodified) and Emperor Family (Amarr Trade Hub) at 8.24 (8.0 unmodified). With these standings you will be some of the lowest Transaction Fees to buy and sell goods.
