Is there a fast way to add people to the fleet watchlist? Like a hot key I am unaware of or something?

You can drag and drop them in there.

I have just had the biggest facepalm moments ever!! Thank you!!

I've been right clicking and selecting pilot, add to watch list. which was taking forever.. Oops
