If no one wants to pay 40 bil despite OP's starting bid nothing will stop us from offering lower. Some people want/need isk badly enough that they'll take what they can get. Nothing is forcing OP to accept any of these offers.

Furthermore, my offer of 35B is now retracted.

if he agreed to return things left on the account becasue you forgot it thats part of the agrement file a petition with ccp you will get it back
