how to?

On the plan, Citadel have damage limit. (S size: 3,000 DPS)

Entosis use increase damage limit.
attacker do one Entosis: 50% increase. 3000 -> 4500 DPS
two : 50 + 43.5% (stack penalty)
three: 50 + 43.5 + 26.5%
four: 50 + 43.5 + 26.5 + 6.5

odd weapon upgrade stack penalty. (100 - 87 - 53 - 13)

defence Entosis one : 25 % decrease. 3000 -> 2250 DPS
two : 25 + 21.75 (stack penalty)
three: 25 + 21.75 + 13.25
four: 25 + 21.75 +13.25 + 3.25

how calculator?
total attacker - total defender = result
nute or null: any/many entosis is zero. follow standing.

NOTE: NUMBER is RANDOM.

Entosis penalty
replace interceptor penalty
fit: decrease speed, decrease agility. and drifter watch you.

on activate : signature penalty (similar MWD), and drifter follow you. deathray coming soon

MWD + Entosis = interceptor(or any frigate) signature similar Supercap.

Even with the numbers being random, this would just add complexity to a relatively simple system. Cry

If you are hitting a small citadel, bring 6 ishtars with the correct drones, if more people are available for this fleet op, go do something else in the meantime, like hitting another target. What you propose would just mean that the current "balance" of 6 ishtars would be increased to 13-14ish, where each of these would equip an entosis module, and effectively the small citadel would die in about 40% of the time it was supposed to.

The main goal of the damage reduction was to create a minimum response time, and to encourage smaller/nimbler/weaker fleets for sov content. Now granted, you could "rebalance" this by giving the citadel more hp, but then suddenly the only effect of the "fix" you propose is you either bring entosis links and more ships, or you sit there far longer, making random sov reinforcements less common.

The proposal isn't really doing anything, except ripping apart the standard that ccp wanted to try out in their first iteration.

That being said though, I'm very much for suggestions on how to tweak the citadel warfare system - perhaps a cycle of entosis modules to even being able to do damage to the structure - making things slightly more interesting with regards to value the attacker needs to put on the field. But to tweak it before we have even tried it seems a bit depressing, and right now the system will probably work "fine"; and then with light touches and tweaks we'll see where we are a year down the road. What?

As for some other aspects of your post, like entosis based on standing - this is .. as far as I can understand a technical nightmare, and not feasible.

The drifter aspects of the entosis link falls somewhere between weird and completely insane. Shocked
