I want 350k "bitter vet" SP, aka a meaningless green line on my character sheet that never gets used, unless I lose a t3 cruiser in an AT finals or something

Maybe an in-game item that says "This 3d-printed replica skillbook is equivalent to 350,000 skill points. Enjoy." Add it to the stuff we got for Christmas.
