So since I didn't create my acct two weeks ago I get screwed on SP?

Thanks CCP, I'm glad it means something to have been playing your game for awhile now. Whether 400k skill points is "relevant" at higher SP level doesn't matter. You give it to someone, you give it to all. I paid for my goddamn sub, and the game, this is BS.

Here I used to have a sig of our old Camper in space. Now it is disregarded as being the wrong format. Looking out the window I see one thing: Nothing wrong with the format of our Camper! Silly CCP......

The chance to 400k is to enhance the new player experience. How does giving you (someone who started in 2010) 400k SPs help new players?

If I get that right this is the defalt value for new characters and has nothing to do with your account. You are free to biomass and get the same amount a new player gets. Sound fair to me.
