Sup bazaar, I'm looking for a links pilot.

I want point/scram range, shields, speed links and tengu skills to put them on. Not really concerned about the other links.

I don't really have a budget in mind but I know I'm looking for something good value so it really depends on the characters, one might catch my eye.
