I would like to buy a caldari starter toon for pvp: Must be willing to negotiate on price, here are the requirements:

Weapons Upgrade 5, AWU 4 or 5
Cybernetics 5
SpaceShip Command 5
Caldari Frigate and Destroyer 5
Gunnery or Missile Support Skills to 5 (PLEASE NOTE THE OR HERE)
Small Blaster or Rocket and Light Missile Specialization to 4
Engineering and Electronic Skills to 5
Navigation Skills to 4 at a minimum
Be able to use shield rigs
Shield Skills to 4 at a minimum
Targeting Skills to 4 at a minimum
Hull upgrade and Mechanics to lvl 5
