In-Game Events and Gatherings

We are proud to announce the upcoming event sponsored by Trillionaire.pro, the Great Trillionaire 1v1 Tournament.


Location: Jita System

Time: Each day, the tournament will start at 19:00 EVE time, and end when all the fights of the day are done.

Categories:
14-15 August - Frigates.
21-22 August - Destroyers.
28-29 August - Cruisers.

Prizes:
All the participants will recieve a 5M Trillionaire.pro Promotional Code.
The two finalists of each tournament will recieve an extra 10M Trillionaire.pro Promotional Code.

The winners of each tournament will obtain:

Frigate Winner - Random Pirate Frigate x2
Destroyer Winner - T3 Destroyer of choice x4
Cruiser Winner - Random Pirate Cruiser x1

The prizes will be provided within a week of each tournament's ending.

How the fights will work:
- Each fight will take place in Jita, and will be streamed through our Twitch channel.
- The two contestants will be asked to warp to the referee, with Dueling enabled (disable the box "Auto Reject invitations" in Main Menu/General Settings).
- Each contestant will be asked to move away from the referee in an oposite direction, and stop their ships at 25km from the referee, aproximately 50km from each other. When the referee gives the order, the duel request will be sent out and accepted. The combat will start.
- The winner of the fight will be the last ship standing, or in case the fight goes over 5 minutes, the winner will be determined by the referee. If any ship goes out of the referee's locking range, which will be between 75km and 100km, they will automatically lose the fight.

Rules:
- Only T1 Hulls allowed, NO module nor ammo restrictions. NO implant or booster restrictions. Bear in mind that you might lose the ship or pod. No SRP will be provided.
- Not being available for a fight will be considered a forfeit. Leaving the referee's locking range will be considered a loss. Shooting after the referee stops a fight over 5 minutes will get you disqualified.
- No pod killing, no links. Anything the referee says will be considered law, if he says stop shooting each other, you will stop shooting.
- Going against any of these rules will get you disqualified.

How to Sign-Up:
Post in this thread the category you want to join, the name of the character that will be joining, and your time preference(The time preference will be considered when scheduling the matches).
Example:
Frigate - Shala Raan - Early
Cruiser - Shala Raan - Late

You may sign up to any amount of tournaments you wish, as long as sign-ups are open.

Sign-up periods will end the Thursday of each tournament week at 00:00 EVE time. (Frigates 13th, Destroyers 20th, Cruisers 27th).

first off a couple of things need to be clarified about the rules..one you mention no links as a rule so to keep that true both contestants need to be in a fleet to ensure this.

this needs to be clarified what are the parameters of a win in this condition.. some frigates may tank forever but not be able to break there opponent ..are you telling me the winner is who ever the ref likes better?



? can we change ships in between matches?

This event sounds like a lot of fun, I plan on joining although it may be hard for me to get to jita due to me being in galmil. Also i may have something come up last minute but until that happens, count me in:

We didn't take entrance fees - however we didn't have enough participants so twe postponed the event until we get a few more people to (no new date atm)
