Edit: User has a lock on his account so can not transfer this character AND he spent my isk; well at least that was his excuse for not refunding me.


i've notified you of the problem after i sent a ticket into CCP. i would consider most people that have traded a char on the forums would you some of the proceeds to buy plex to transfer said char. Unfortunately i've got a problem at my end f the deal, which i'm trying to rectify. its no scam, just CCP taking their time to reply.

I'm not going to argue the character transfer rules with someone who didn't read them - You said you spent my isk (On more than just the two PLEX transfer) and refused to refund me after I asked politely for the refund.

That's purely because there isn't isk in my account to refund, even if i wanted to. Did i realise my account had some lock on transfers, no. would i have sold this char if i'd have known, no. its not some scam fella, i won't comment anymore. i've gone down the right path by creating a ticket and kindly informing you, wish i'd not bothered with the latter now.

hopefully CCP will resolve this matter today, one way or another.

Have you had a positive wallet, before you have received the ISK?

Maybe this is the reason, why they cannot be refund :D

I had a positive wallet. some GM gave me a warning over char scamming, now the 4.5b has left my wallet. i've 2 plex redeemed for the transfer and i'd previously moved the change to my alt to plex the account. i didn't realise my account was locked to char transfers, hence this issue. i find it rude how i got a warning for scamming when i'd made a ticket hours after the char was purchased. Sad
