What happened to the Cyclone model?

So I try my hand at an anti-Angel mission - the first since my return - only to see that the Angel battlecruisers, which used to use the Cyclone model, now use the Cynabal (same as the cruisers).


When did this happen? Is it an oversight?


I am disappoint, CCP. My immersion has been broken

Some of the Guristas BC's use the Orthrus model every now and then as well.

It's quite weird actually.

I think the Cyclone isn't "Angel" enough. Rest of the factions had a similar "upgrade"

Some Mercenary NPC's use the orthrus model as well.

Why is this, though? What tinkering caused the ship models to become messed up and experience breaking? There's nothing worse than flying into a mission area and seeing a ship clearly labelled as 'Angel Battlecruiser', only to see that in actual fact it's a...cruiser.

I dont do missions for some time. They changed that? What the hell?

They should add pirate battlecruisers with new models now. There is no other way to repair the damage caused! Evil

Custom ship skins, character creator style "repaint". Bring it!

They had planned on Pirate Dessies and BCs being out sooner.

It was even more painfull when Cyclone did lost turret slots Oops
