I am looking for a quite specific pilot, for which I have a budget upto 40b.
The demands are unique, so I am willing to pay for that.

ArrowGallente - Jin Mei
ArrowGood real name

ArrowClean(ish) combat / standings / corp record


Preferred Caldari / Amarr combat focused, but any focused character will be taken into consideration as long as the first 3 criteria are matched.

It is close. Not Jin Mei, but the Amarr Khanid is a close comparison.
It lacks some of the focus I would be looking for, but I might drop you a bid through evemail.
