I got offer after completing only 11 regular missions. Is it a bug or it could happen?

I concentrate on one agent. I had to decline some missions but i don't believe it counts.

Well I'm like veteran for missions but never happened before...

I'm gonna agree with The Bigpuns and say you probably did some missions before and just forgot about them.

Another reason could be from completing multi-part missions. Each one of those also adds to the count towards a Storyline mission offer.

Well, don't know what to say other than at least the issue was in your favor.

Getting a Storyline mission offer after completing 11 missions is way better than getting one after completing 16 missions, right ? If it happens again, please update the thread.

I count 33 missions total on the image. Kidnappers Strike is 10 missions right there.

There many missions on the list. I just show 11 missions between 2 storylines. Upper is latest mission.
Only last part in the kidnappers is storyline

Edit: btw i started on ssoe epic arc after the kidnappers then back. I dont think some agent gave me some lvl 3 mission during this epic arc

I think you lost count by doing that. The SOE Epic Arc can cause you to get an easy L1 storyline mission while doing it.

If I look at the image you provided and assume that below New Frontiers is Kidnappers 1-9, and then add all those up, I come up with 33 missions total. Meaning at least 2 storylines.

I am assuming you are only listing same level missions.

No, New Frontiers is different mission with 7 parts. I didn't put kidnappers 1-9 on the list. I think those 9 parts don't count for next storyline

Missions on the list from Caldari level 3. I have list for each faction and level.

No, each part is it's own mission; and counts towards the 16. So New Frontiers 1-7 counts as 7 missions.

I checked transactions from all Caldari level 3 agents by time between 2 storylines. I can see only 11 completed missions.

16 L1s from the same corporation will get a L1 Storyline
16 L2s from the same corporation will get a L2 Storyline
16 L3s from the same corporation will get a L3 Storyline
16 L4s from the same corporation will get a L4 Storyline

Faction is correct.

16 same level missions completed for the same Faction gains a Storyline offer.

That's a good tracker app to use with the in-game browser, just have to manually input the data to it.
