How does an alliance infact bill a corporation? I understand the alliance is billed per corporation, but how does the alliance collect those dues from each individual corp? The wallet receivable tab is blank, so I'd like to set up the monthly billing of the corps.

They tell them to pay up or they get kicked from the alliance.

They have to manually do it. there are no standing orders/direct debits in eve from a person to person or corp to corp level.

Well, you could use a private item exchange contract.

Doesn't work for public item exchange contracts (they must contain something).
