I just sent you an evemail. Sorry I'm new to this, so I'm a bit confused. Do I simply send you money in-game? How can I be assured that I won't just get ripped off? Not that you would do so, but I'm curious as to how to be as safe as possible.

scamming in relation to character trades are against the rules... if he were to CCP would refund your isk and most likely ban him

Yeah, I discussed it with him via evemail. Finalizing the transfer soon as soon as CCP responds to a petition.
