This post is being made by an out of corp alt of a pilot within a corp that has many members who have gone AFK and we became stagnate with no real idea of how to balance the ship. Thus we are looking for a new home.

There are a lot of great recruiting posts on these forums. A bunch of them have been posted on our corp forums to see if any one draws the attention of the remaining active pilots, but thus far its only added to the confusion.

Therefore, on behalf of the remaining active members of the corporation who would like to remain flying together in some capacity, I make this post to see what corps we draw attention from and whom would like to contact us about possible recruitment.

This is for anywhere from 1 to 10 US tz pilots.

Most of us have spent the better part of 2 to 3 years living in wormhole space. It seems most of us would almost rather not return to wormholes, but instead give a try to Null Sec living.

My personal filling is that we would be a better fit for a corp that has a mix of PVP and PVE. If you are a pure PVP corp that requires everyone to be self sufficient in their isk making, most of us would not be a fit for you. Maybe 2 of us that I can think of. The majority of us enjoy some relaxing and friendly banter on coms while shooting rats or mining. But we would like a target rich environment (our bears will ship up and fight if online and needed).

and the majority of us have busy lives beyond the world of New Eden. We have jobs, we have families, being crazy in our own way. We are more then happy to help you find content, or chat the hours away, but at the end of the day what you do is up to you.

Hey guys.

I got a ton of e-mails and I would like to thank everyone that showed interest in myself and my friends. I posted everyone's info in a thread on our forums with your recruit adverts if you have one, and the mails you sent me. I responded to every person who sent me a mail showing interest.

The group took a vote (I missed it due to work) and narrowed down to the first 3 corporations to have an interview with. Those corps diplomats have been contacted to schedule the times (mostly not by me, but by one of the guys who got excited that the ball was rolling and he started hitting up public channels and diplo e-mails before I eve logged on after the vote).

To the rest of you, I wish you well and good luck with your ventures. If things do not work out in the first round of interviews, there will be more I assume.

About me -

I have just recently returned to eve online after a long term break, much has changed and a new learning curve awaits, I've always been a CEO in eve and have a good amount of experience in running and organizing effective efficient corps keeping them active and busy while meeting regular short term goals which all direct the corp forward to much grander horizons.
I'm 36 and full time employed as an engineer, to me my free time means everything, and as such your free time is as important as my own. I want to provide a comfortable hassle free team based environment to all members of the corp, I strongly believe in Cultivating new players and know the value they hold to a corp as they grow with us. I run a militaristic monopolization leadership, doing things like this allows me to make decisions quickly and efficiently based off information I've gathered from communicating with the corps member base. The corp i'm building will be designed to benefit and strengthen the player base through means of dedicated regular team work, I do not believe in having mandatory forced ops but participation in scheduled ops is important to me and my plans for the future of the corp. As a CEO I prefer delegation over micromanagement, this means i will be appointing Directors to over see specific divisions within the corp each tasked with a specific role to fulfill the corps requirements and contracts.


Time zones - EU/US must speak OK-ISH English


Recruiting for - leadership and recruiting roles.. all other applicants will be either PVE or PVP orientated, we are not a PVP corporation! we are instead a corporation in the process of building much more!!


Requirements -

* 25+ Years of age
* Mic (TS3)
* Must have a military/pvp specified character
* Active is important.
* A team player (A must!!)
* Must be self sufficient and have own isk source
* Must not be afraid of low sec or null sec..
* Full API key
* No trial accounts sorry

Short term -

* Get our player base to a minimum of 50 members asap.
* Learn to fly as a fleet for both pve and pvp.
* Organize the divisions of the corp into smooth running operations with crystal clear job roles.
* Create chain of command.
* Start Generating an ISK income for the corp
* Ongoing new player support and training.

Intermediate goals-

* Structure the corp into multiple divisions to allow for ease of management
* Obtain a Primary low sec base of operations.
* Establish a small fledgling capital fleet
* Incorporate an industrial Division to the corp to design and create the corps SRP
* Increase corp player base to 80 active players
* Implement Corporate defense services and find our first clients ( to be explained in person we are not mercs!!!)
* Erect and create a sustained Logistics system for a series of low sec pos towers.


Long term Goals -

* Create alliance and move into null sec to hold sov.
* Create Multiple PVP Divisions with their own specific doctrines.
* Create a large efficient industrial division to build what ever we need as a corp.
* Grow our capital fleet as a corp and encourage other corps to grow theirs in the alliance.
* Possible worm hole division.
* Cultivate and encourage players who choose to remain in empire space to come and experience the rigours of null and low sec life.
