Upcoming player structures questions

Okay; I read the information on the new structures that are coming to replace the old ones. I poked around for some more info on the forums here but I didn't see too much.

So I saw that POS towers are being phased out. I saw there is a grace period to switch over to the new structures.
I did not however, see mention of what is going to happen to those old structures.

Are the players getting reimbursed for the usually very large among if isk that they have sunk into those POS towers and structures that will now become useless?

That is probably the biggest question I have. "What happens to the old stuff?"
And I couldn't find info on it.

In the past, reimbursements were at either NPC value or an arbitrary market value.

This really pains me now that BPO research takes so long and costs so much, especially ME 10 tower BPOs.

Last I heard (was it CCP Manifest on one of the shows or podcasts?) they will surely reimburse the structures, but most probably only mineral value and only a certain percentage.

The skinny is they don't know yet. This is asked a lot. But there is nothing set for reimbursement or timeline on when the old stuff is phased out. It is highly unlikely to be any time soon (next 3-6 months).
