Iam looking for a good skilled subcap specialist: 80-100m SP

Arrow min 2 races maxed out: caldari prefered
- Frigate,Destroyer,Cruisers, BC, BS
- strategic cruiser, hac, recon, hic
- blops
- all advanced frigates
- tactical destroyers, dic

- logistics, command ship are a plus

Arrow Armor, Shield, Electronics, Engineering, Navigation, Targeting best as possible

Arrow Gunnery T2 + high support skills - very good Missile skills

Arrow Drones: light,med,hvy,sentry V + high support skills

Scanning Skills are a plus


No capital skills needed or willing to pay for
