Sad that a paying customer can notice the issues CCP is having before the people they pay to notice can.

Wake up guys, buy a monitoring system, or if you have one already, learn how to use it.

Example:

Server is supposed to reboot at 11:00.

Setup monitoring to alert you when the server is unpingable

If it is not unpingable / you didn't receive an alert by 11:05 you probably have a problem or you were planning for it not to be down.

Don't wait for your customers to figure this out for you. This is pure laziness / sloppiness on your part.

Solarwinds is an option and they even have a free trial, give it a shot.
