Hey been living in WH space for a month on my own...PVE is boring me.

C3 with a HS static is a great income generator for a small corp and or solo player.

Has POCOS set at 0% tax by the previous owners with two being owned by a different corp with tax at 10% and 25%.

if theirs no interest by tomorrow ill just back up and leave it, not interested in holding it for weeks trying to sell it.
