Stack items - distanced location

Hello

Right now i produce, trade, and so on and there for got a ... lets say uncommon issue, which appears most likely to prodders.

It happens on a regular basis, that i got in the distance like 12x the same item laying in my hangar.
12 piles, consistent of several times the same item...

Example: 2x em hardener, 2x em hardener, 2x em hardener,... and so on... up to 12 piles of 2 identical hardener.

I cant stack those from a distance in order to get a better overview what i got laying around there.
Remember its not just those stacks, but also resources, blueprints and so on es well laying around there... which adds to the confusion :)

Bought items do stack (even from contracts)... but produced items (for what ever reason) don't obey to this rule.

So make them auto-stack as well ... please... or give me a option to do so from a distance :)

Reviving this thread.

Thanks CCP for adding remote repacking of ships, but without being able to stack all the modules that came off the ships (thanks for letting me repackage those as well), doesn't that defeat one of the large reasons people will be repackaging ships (i.e. 3 months on the market is more cost efficient than 2 weeks on contracts that few ppl look at)?

Please add remote module/item stacking. Please add it soon. Thank you.

First off, props for finding an existing thread! That makes you a rare person on these forums!

Second, supported.

CCP should add more NPC 0.0 space to open it up and liven things up: the Stepping Stones project.
