I would actually love to see the CNI become a brawler like you describe, interesting argument and you raise the point much better on regards to rapids and their bonuses, essentially a missle overhaul is required.

Pretty much. though, we've been calling on missile and missile boats overhauls for years now... In response, we got a 5% Heavy missile damage buff, to which we get about 2 more dps thanks to no application buffs.

I wonder if CCP *cough cough* will actually respond to this thread as they are apparently making changes to fw (please lock t3 dessies into mediums and up)
