I'm using PLEX to transfer. Account expires in a couple hours. Yey me!

100% of the time I get this message it is because the account I am transferring the character to is FULL, and they don't realise it. Make sure the buyer has finished deleting the character, because half the time they send it to Biomass and then forget that you have to confirm deleting it after the 10 hour wait time.

And also check with the buyer and make sure they don't have a character already coming into or leaving the account

Never has it been a problem on CCPs side for me.

Check with that buyer!

It's a private "sale" between two of my own accounts. And there's two slots open.

I just had this problem last weekend too...

I know its a basic question but you are logged out of the character you are transferring - and you have correctly reverse redeemed your plexes? (2 plexes)

Are they showing up on the eve account page when you pick Plex as a payment method?
