As the title notice i'm looking for a new toon to complete the family

I would like a mining toon with :

Exhumer at 4 (minimum)
PI at 4
Drones at 5

T1 Crystal min

Depending on the SP of the toon i might go up to 15B

Post your offer, i need it quick
