Skills' queue upgrade

In my opinion there should be a possibility to sort skills by e.g. time needed to train a skill, skill lvl, skill group etc.

What do I need such a function for?

If I have 50 skills in queue and if I get a new idea, and need some space in queue - I would use skill time sorting.
It could be usefull for newbies - they need a lot of skills to train, most of them have short time to train and queue is always too short. ;

It´s not that hard to do it by yourself, no improvement needed.

It's a pain in the arse. This simplifies a UI irritation, and that's good.

I see no downside in this... When i am dinging a whole load of new short skills (rare on my 100+M sp main) i like to do it this way because its been far to long since i've logged in to "37 skills completed" in a week or something but an automatic sorting scheme would just be usefull for those who still run into the 50 skill cap...

I'm almost embarrassed to say I spent about ten minutes trying to figure out how to do this yesterday...I was hungover.

There should be a possibility for you to spend sometime on learning aspects of skill pionts system before you proceed into skill injection and adding into the queue. Some skills affecting other skills some of them not, in some cases you don't need to train to lvl 5 to proceed with learning.

Every little thing you can do by yourself, if you like it this way. You can use Eve market ingame (using alts in different HUBs), but you can also use Eve Market www. It's your choice. I would prefer to have sorting option ingame, not using external apps. Maybe it doesn't take a lot of time, but time is worth more, when you have it less. What if I had as many minutes of playing, as you have hours?

We're talking about making skill queue more comfortable, than this is now, not about how I like to play. If I want to inject 150 skills and train them to lvl 3 first, and then upgrade some of them to lvl 5, couldn't I?

Should just remove SP and be done with it.

"SP is helpful for the game?" Here's all of the research on motivation -- it says the opposite! What purpose does it serve, then? Starter corps are non-competitive. Sov is unchallenged. "Fix sov!" you say? Remove SP.

+1 to this

It would be nice to have more options in a integral part of the game we are all locked to dealing with. The skill queue is in need of some updating to other features that are available in this game. Sorting of a queue to knock out smaller skills first before longer ones on any aged character would be amazing. If you need them done in a certain order you can easily change the ones to that primary first.

+1 because it's for the children. (I also love puppies)

Over 10 years I must have wasted like 4 hours total sifting through skills while doing other concurrent eve activities. I will never be able to get this time back. Children.... er I mean newbros should not have to suffer as I have.

This should get fixed immediately after alliance BM are finished (these would help newbros more than skill swapamasorting).

There are just arround 400 skill books in game, could hardly imagine why would you need to inject 150 of them right from the start.
Proper planning and periodic attention it's all you need. Eve Moon could be you planner.

And this is beautyfull in Eve Online. I don't need you to understand why and what for I play this game.

What if I want to train my shortest skills first? And what if I change my mind and then want to train my longest skills first? I see. I would have to clear my skill queue and put skills again. Or better, you force me to use external apps to do this. Well, thank you. I'd prefer to have an option to do it with ingame tools...

If you don't need it, don't use it. But why do you block such a functionality for other players, especially newbies?
Sorting could be done with one button and a very simple code. Is it so difficult to implement ingame?

so back to the roots, you want something you personally thinking would be good for you, then come to the public forums with that proposal and after someone who actually plays this game too you didn't find anything better than said right into my face that your proposal is only for you and it's better to me to pass by.

How about NO?

150 injected might be a bit much. but counting lv1-2-3 of skills that are really short trains and the amount of skills you can inject at the start of the game or shortly after its not hard to come up with a fairly short plan that has 150 skill lvs in it. sorting by the fastest saves trying to rearrange it yourself so you can continue to cram more skill into the queue as quickly as possible.
