So, i'm looking for a mining toon with a specific skill set...

required:
Mining V
Mining Upgrades V
Reprocessing V
Reprocessing Efficiency V
Astrogeology V
Mining Barge III+
Drones V
Light Drones V

If all requirements are met, i will pay up to 4 bil. If your toon had more than the required skills, i'll up the ante.
