WTB 60-80m sp + character

Im looking for a well rounded PVP minmitar amarr and caldari pilot with good gunnery and missile skills.

This character must be trained for mainly all 4 cruisers, so with medium laser skills and projectile and heavy missiles etc.

Good engineering / drones / navigation / targeting / shields and armour skills required.

Please post me your eve board and price for character... I may buy lower or higher than 60m sp if skills / price is right but no less than 45m sp.

Sorry bad shield / armour /missile skills and too much wasted SP in carebear stuff

Drones, spaceship command and engineering are the only thing going for this character gunnery is ok but limited to lasers which is bad considering the options in spaceship command.. this needs too much work sorry
