Looking to trade this character for an Ishtar or tengu pilot or will sell for the right price.

Toon needs to be in an NPC corp when it's posted for sale or the ISD's will lock your thread. Just a friendly heads up.

You also need to declare where the toon is at the point of sale, so either state where it is or move it like you've said to high-sec and state that.
