Apparently the rules have changed since I last played when Incarana Came Out! it was 1 plex fee and the buyer could pay the transfer fee!

My apologies for not noticing the change my bad bud!

Taking into consideration the new fee and rules of you paying the fee i can offer you a 1 Billion Isk Buyout! However you will have to wait a day in order for me to liquidate enough assets to isk! That is if you haven't already sold this charcter to someone else!

LOL, dude you may have had issues reading before, but it has always cost 2 plex to transfer a toon... Maybe you saw 1 Timecard, which converts into 2 plexes but it has always been 2. The Buyer has never been able to pay the transfer fee either btw
