New Can Suggestion: The Sort-o-Matic 9000

TL;DR it's a can that splits inventory stacks into pre-programmed amounts.

I would love to see a buildable item in-game that could be configured to be filled with a predefined set of items by dragging inventory into it (similar to how POCO gantries are filled before starting the upgrade process). The can is manufactured blank and must be programmed by the user to create a sorting set. I'd envision it looking something like the way a WTB contract is made.

I can think of immeasurably many QOL improvements this would bring about, from creating contracts of certain ship fittings without having to fly/fit the ship physically, to sorting PI materials for further processing and other industrial goods in a way that is quick and easy. It could also be used to keep "reserve' balances of some items or serve as a materials "savings account" for industrialists stockpiling materials for a large build while also using that same item (ex. I want to sell all but 50,000 isogen, 20,000 nocxium, 5,000 zydrine and 1,000 megacyte - this can would quickly rip those amounts of the stack, leaving you with a saleable quantity).

If possible you could open a small UI associated with it to see fill progress. It would also be great to toggle it to how many are missing of the set, similar to how the industry window functions... but perhaps I'm being too greedy with that.

Let me know what you think.
