roaming null pocket in orthrus, find a lonely little rocket jackdaw and think "well its just a destroyer and i have rapid lights, how hard could it be?" well that deadpsace medium booster he was packing did some serious work... as did his web and scram when he managed to get in overheated range of me... poof

Many moons ago when I was exploring. Had an armageddon i ran into lowsec for the big combat sites if escalated. One was particularily tough but got through it. At end, somebody scanned me down. Got me locked, but fit allowed me to take out the tackle anyways. I fired first as he burned towards me.

After jumping out before his buddies landed (they came out of warp when I got to warp) instead of finding a place to hide or jumping around, I accidentally jumped to highsec.

Hiya concord...

When still new I decided to make use of my brand new Iteron mkV, and fit a mining laser to it...

Then I realized I was stupid and was buying and selling to NPC orders, mainly trash, like the actual trash item, not trashy items, it was my garbage truck.

Just say NO to Dailies

Went through Amamake (spelling?), in a T1 hauler. The last thing i saw was a screen so full of missiles i could see nothing else. I wasnt carrying much of value so they probably wasted more on missiles than they made looting my ship.

Oh, that wasnt the dumb part, the dumb part was putting bounties on my agressors and hearing about their every death since that time, so annoying.

Yawn,  I'm right as usual. The predictability kinda gets boring really.

I buy and sell PLEX for months and months, same thing everyday i made millions. Thought why am i being so timid so i put 10 PLEX on the market and logged off for the evening.

Meanwhile in Iceland......

"Its been a long time since we put PLEX on sale, lets put it up at like stupid low prices!"

This of course turns out badly for me.

*months go by and i return to buying and selling plex again, it becomes routine*

My confidence in plex restored i decide to go all in and put all 27 plex i had at the time onto the market and log out for the evening.

Meanwhile in Iceland.....

Its been a crazy long time since we put plex on sale, lets dump plex onto the market at near suicidally low prices!

I wake and scream at the heavens, f**k you CCP marketing, seriously. f**k you!

So recently I realize the plex market has seen several sales in a short period of time so I.....

well you know how this ends.......

Btw, ive started selling PLEX speculation advice so look me up if you want to make billions the easy way !

Yawn,  I'm right as usual. The predictability kinda gets boring really.

Falling asleep at the keyboard, losing a brutix ship Cool

Eve online is :

A) mining simulator B) glorified chatroom C) spreadsheets online

D) CCP Games Pay to Win at skill leveling, with instant gratification

#1 I helped Build a few stations in my Time in Null.
A Waste of time and ISK.

#2 thought it was cool. I could tank the rats and kill them in my hulk while mining in Null back in the days.
Till the day some Reds came in and help the rats kill me.

#3 used to Fly Freighters from Empire to null 30 Jumps with a fleet. (now that put hair on your balls)
Now they got those Jump brigde things then W/h and JF not really a big risk any more. More fun back then

Been playing for years, so the list of stupid things I've done in Eve is a long one.

I got an entire CFC sniper fleet welped on a gate during the Halloween War. Absolute slaughter. I can't believe I wasn't accused of being a spy and AWOXer. Never mistake malice for lack of talent.

I was acting as scout for the fleet while pursuing some enemies. Jumped in and reported 'all clear' to the FC....meaning the gate itself was clear. Our FC took that to mean the system was clear. But the enemy brawling fleet was still in system.

That bit of miscommunication on my part set off a fail-cascade that cost a few billion isk. I tackled a lone enemy that warped to the gate to drop a bubble on us...the rest of their fleet landed on us and proceeded to melt us like ice cream on a hot day. Only a few were even able to burn back to the gate to jump out.

went to buy my first Hulk while in 0.0. Someone had forgotten a zero and put 10 of them on the market at 10% of cost. I could have just relisted them or sold them back to whomever made the mistake.... would have been around 2.4b (minus the one I kept for myself) That was a LOT of isk back then.

But.... I saw his corp was in our alliance and was too worried about the politics of it all. I gave them back in a trade and didn't get even a thank you. Just a "Oh crap, my CEO would have killed me.

Putting "78" at the end of my name - lacking adequate foresight to choose a proper character name. I don't honestly believe that there is another 77 of me out there......
