WTB Starter Toon PVE, Budget ~ 6B

As the title says, i am looking for a PVE Starter Toon.

i know my Budget isn´t that big, but perhaps there is somewhere out there a toon you don´t need, wich would be happy to break out of his boring unused day by day business :)
I want to use / build up him ( or her ) for running some sites in low / null and don´t want to start at Zero. I know i don´t get a "perfect" toon for this Budget. But let´s see what´s possible.


Requirements

- positive wallet / no killrights should be normal
- Name must be at least "normal" - no XXXKILLERXXX :)
- PI / Mining / Production / Hauling / Trading not required. If there are some SP I can deal with it
- sec. Status not relevant

Please only offers in Budget range. I can raise it a little if it´s necessary - but basicelly i want to stay max ~ 6 B

frig 5 cruiser 5, solid core foundation, t2 projectiles. I was training her for pvp mainly but with being able to fly a machariel throw some skill at the tanking of your choosing and your set for pve as well.

Exactly the direction i was looking for, Skills are a solid base and i defintly like the Name.

Just because a toon "Can" fly something doesn't mean it should. I started this character and trained all the important Core skills that people neglect up to level 5, over 10.2m SP worth. Now I'm starting to train his Ship/Gunnery skills.

With 3 Bonus remaps available, it won't be hard to focus the training and speed things along to take him in any direction. He's not ready to fly right out of the box, but he saves you a ton of training time worth of important skills trained up that most people don't take the time to do.
