Heavy interdicters, focused scripts, and Micro Warp Drives

Greetings.
I would like to make a proposal to change the hic focused point. Would it be a good idea to make the hic infinity point also shut off mwd's, and mjd's like a scram?
A few years ago, CCP made changes to hics for them to have better weapon bonuses. This change to my understanding was to give hic's more use in small gang/low sec game play. However, this doesn't effectively give them a role for these things. For example, if you need DPS, you would bring an HAC, if you wanted a longer point you would bring a Lachesis or a ship with a point range bonus.
Currently a hic for a small gang roam would only be reasonably useful for tackling supers, however how often does a small gang in low sec run into supers, and could that small gang kill it if they we're able to tackle it? If we allow the infinity point to act like a scram, you could bring a hic into a low sec fleet to be like a heavy tackle. With a 30km scram that also runs self risk of not being able to be remotely assisted.

Nope, infini-point is quite powerful, it doesn't need to be more powerful.

Maybe give them an additional script for disabling things with less range plus infinitepoint , a scrambler counterpart to the disruptor?

The MJD disruption would have promise but not MWDs imo. But I think HICs really need some loving by CCP.

Make it's bubble shut off mwd and catch interceptors.

Also it should have a weapon timer when the bubble is up, once the bubble is down still have the 1 minute weapon timer + still can't get logistic help.

Been around since the beginning.

Heavy Interdictors already got buffed by CCP. They work just fine.

CCP should add more NPC 0.0 space to open it up and liven things up: the Stepping Stones project.

You wanna a scram over a bigger range just fit a better scram.
