[WTB] Rorqual Pilot (no compression skills necessary)

Hi, I am in need of mining boosts and the means to jump ore from 0.0 to low sec.

Looking for a pilot that is focused on the Rorqual.

I can't afford the upper end characters, so the younger the character, the more likely I will be able to handle the cost.

From the prices I've seen in other posts, it appears that anything over 15 million SP will probably be more than what I am looking for. So, less than 15 million SP should be doable. Hopefully a Rorqual pilot is somewhere in that SP ballpark.

If you have a young pilot, say 11 million SP, and he/she can fly a Rorqual, then you may have found your buyer.

It appears that your character has something like 39 million SP. While I can appreciate how nifty your character is, she is out of my price range. Thank you though.
