Anyone using Plex for alt skill queue?

I have to say I'm sorry... the Plex prices are my fault. Or rather... my alt's fault. Because I was being thrifty and considered an alt queue to be too costly at 500M ISK, my alt worked to make Plexes 1B isk now, so when the price came down again, I'd consider 500M to be cheap. My alt has been thusly spanked and sent to bed for the inappropriate behavior.


So now, at 1 Billion ISK per month, is anyone using the alt skill queue? P

Whereas the ISK price of a plex has gone up up and away the EUR/USD/GBP price is still the same old same old.

True, and anyone that normally bought PLEX to turn into ISK is getting a much better deal these days, and the same deal as ever for the additional queue.

I think the questions should be - is there something useful you want your ALT to learn and do you need the ISK for other purposes. My industry ALTS earn me several billion per month and I currently reinvest most of it in multiple character training. My oldest characters are at the point where there is nothing left but level 5 science skills so they won't be getting any more training until the others catch up.

It is a hard call to make, time taken to earn the required isk, whilst easy for some, is less so for a larger majority.
When one is running back to back incursions, or C5/6 escalations, then the idea that some cannot justify it is hard to understand.

I believe from in game contacts, that buying Plex in game, to exchange for keeping alts alive or dual training is becoming quite uncommon. The only one I currently know of runs incursions, and we never see him in fleet actions any more.

The real question is how many plex in game are actually getting exchanged for any Pilots services?

Only CCP have that answer, and we can only make inferred guesses from their actions.

Last Fridays apparent intervention, and New Plex sale, may imply they are not comfortable with the current state of play.
We will see.

It would be nice to See plex being used for the reasons printed on it.

I am sure the majority of purchasers and sellers have forgotten that the letters actually mean anything.

Why not complaining aboit multiple training certs?

I do PLEX to alter skill queues, have no problem with that.

Hello, my training is paid with Plex for the last year by my "brother" who is the main on the account I belong to.
I never saw space really, nor did I do much yet but I am training, training and training and my training is paid for the next ~two years and will getting paid for much longer. Currently I have not much value but one day I will be pretty specialised and fly expensive and big ships. Until that day I will keep myself happy by having some occasional drinks in the station I am currently in, flying around in some big ships to get a feel for them and of course train.

I threw 2 plex on a freighter alt to get into a jump freighter so as to not stop my own skill queue. Working as intended but I no longer plex my account like the old days due to it not being cost effective and would rather throw 90 quid a year into the CCP pot and keep all the ISK I make ingame.

I Plex both my account and have 1 extra training queue active. With all of the people raving about 200mil/h mission blitz in the mission forum i would have thought that a tonne of people would.
