Hello, I'm Phil.

First and foremost, I will not be giving out my API. Everyone is an awoxer to some degree. Those without courage should assume I am a threat.

What I offer:

1. 95m skill points. Drones, cruisers, battlecruisers, industry, barges, exhumers; I can fly quite a few ships effectively.

2. US East TZ. I can commit a minimum of ten hours of activity a week.

3. Leadership. I am sure of myself, and capable of making decisions. While I lack the PvP experience to lead a combat fleet, I can definitely head up and motivate a small mining team to produce the results you need. I am anti-drama, and take a "Freddy Krueger" approach to conflicts between members (if it's not a real problem, I ignore it until it disappears).

4. Followership. A good leader must also be a good follower. Even a bad plan will achieve success if the team works together to accomplish it.

5. Loyalty. I am no traitor. If there's an issue, I will address it. No drama, no theft; this is just a video game.

What I am looking for in a corporation:

1. Objectives. I plan on going places in EvE, and mining is the ground level. We must work toward something. I am not here to make isk. If the end-game does not involve destroying another corp's asset, I am not the member for you.

2. Leadership. Those in charge need to take charge. Your ore buyback program is not enough to satisfy me.

3. Activity. Minimum five active members (alts not included). There should at least be one serious mining op a week that I can take part in.

4. Defensive Strategy. How do you respond to hostile forces? I don't plan on docking up or going afk for a week. Neither should you.

5. Time zone. Any US is acceptable, but Eastern is preferred.

6. Freedom. I will mostly likely end up suicide ganking other mining corps just to give your corp a taste for blood. Please be ok with this.
