does it make sense to form political groups?

i was just curious, what are the odds of success in forming a political group in order to have a stronger impact on ccp's creative work, inspiring them with our collectively made presentations once a week.
perhaps we would have internal discussions between ourselves and then by the end of each week we would make a new thread with our refined presentation as well as some final thoughts and conclusions.

obviously if i were to form a political group i would only invite people that have similar views and that i trust to say constructive stuff. the group would also set goals with what they want to accomplish in the long term

thoughts?

So you would be less dedicated than the elected group of players we already have?

I don't need twitter. I'm already following you.

They are called coalitions.

Well, it would appear that our apathy and disinterest will not make a dent in your obsession.

For the record, I do not want to see EVE turned into a political microcosm.
There is enough of that tripe in real life.

EVE is becoming shallow and puerile; it will satisfy neither the veteran nor the "WoW" type crowd in the transition.

So, dictatorship? Maybe you should replace the word "they" with another "i"; would be more in tune with the two sentences as they contrast a little. Blink

Did I slip through into some alternative dimension during my train ride home or something?

Aren't "most" of the CSM already from these groups with their own websites run by their own cult / religious leadership?

What's left for you to do that hasn't already been done here?

If you really want some clout though, buy 51% of the company

There are good ships,

And wood ships,

And ships that sail the sea

But the best ships are Spaceships

CCP is private/indie, you'd need to buy 100%. They did have a 20mil bond in public trading with disclosure (result of DUST if I recall), but that has since been bought back and no longer listed publicly.

Was expecting Alan B'stard, Sir Humphrey Appleby was an acceptable substitute.

In the beginning there was nothing, which exploded.

Go for it!

Actually though the game itself is just a minigame of GD.

Who knows, maybe you'll make it happen.

You can always be the opposition AKA the useless part of the gubmint.
